In addition to its important experience in terms of appointing experts and training of professionals, the ATCT provides assistance to developing countries in carrying out feasibility studies, implementation, follow up and evaluation of economic, institutional, social and cultural projects.

Over 70 technical assistance projects were implemented in different African countries, with the Tunisian expertise, whether public or private, individual or institutional and the financial support of international and regional institutions such as: the UNDP, the World Bank, the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), the African Development Bank (Af.DB), the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (FADES), GTZ, the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), The AIF, the JICA, the CIDA…

These projects have contributed, both at the level of human resources as well as  institutions, to the development of certain strategic sectors such as reproductive health, agriculture, fishery, vocational training, banking sector, textbooks publishing and distribution, telecommunications, human resources management, environment, construction and public works, education, drug control, finance, tourism and public administration…

For instance, the setting up of vocational training centres by Tunisian skills in different countries and fields, and the training in Tunisia of trainers as institutional support for these centres, have led to the development of this sector in the beneficiary countries.
